• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Non-returnable items: Custom-made items, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

2. Exchanges

3. Refunds

• Refund Eligibility: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Refund Process: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Partial Refunds: Certain situations may result in only partial refunds, such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
